Mouse Genome Informatics (MGI) provides integrated access to data on the genetics, genomics, and biology of the laboratory mouse. The site includes Mouse Genome Database (MGD) which contains information on mouse genetic markers, molecular segments, phenotypes, comparative mapping data, experimental mapping data, and graphical displays for genetic, physical, and cytogenetic maps. The purpose of the Gene Expression Database (GXD) is to store and integrate the many types of gene expression data on the laboratory mouse.
