Requires individual registration with a USC e-mail address. Keck students who already have an account with the Keck gateway should register with their alternate email address, e.g., tommy.trojan@usc.edu.
Special instructions: Once you have logged in, you will be presented with a second login screen. Type the second password (admin1) into the test box and click on "Academic Manager." This will take you into the system.
The reports manager enables you to see user stats, and other pertinent information related to your institution's gateway activity. To access the Gate usage information, go to Administration > Gate. The gate stats show up, as far as information for the gateway. The "Users" tab on the top will give you a list of all active registered users. The "Exam Blocks" will give you a list of all exams ever created, and the use of those exams. It lists by Date Created, the most recent first. It shows the Exam Name, the Date Created, when the student first accessed it, the last test date, (they can use each exam twice as a test), and their last study date. Ideally, a student will take a test and then at least study it. Sometimes they just study it and never take the test.
