The AAPS Journal (ISSN 1550-7416) is a peer-reviewed online-only journal published by the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists. The journal covers all areas of pharmaceutical research, including drug discovery, development, and therapy. Our mission is to disseminate scientific information worldwide, taking full advantage of the electronic publication medium by offering 3-D graphics, video, interactive figures, ancillary databases, and sound. Indexed by PubMed/Medline, Index Medicus, Institute of Scientific Information's Science Citation Index and Chem Abstracts. The AAPS Journal is an Open Access publication and is freely accessible on the Web.
