Bibliography: Climate Change and Impact on US Water Resources

The Pacific Institute has compiled a comprehensive bibliography of the peer-reviewed literature dealing with climate change and its effects on water resources and water systems of the United States. Over 860 citations have been included to date. Ultimately, each article, book, or peer-reviewed conference paper will be categorized in a variety of ways, permitting keyword searches and compilations by subject, region, or author.

Among the categories that will be included are:
Modeling analyses;
Regional impact assessments;
Responses of specific river basins to changes in precipitation and runoff;
Responses of specific sectors to changes in water availability and/or quality;
Theoretical studies on climate and water;
Economic, social, and political impacts of climate change on water systems;
