Economic and Industrial DemocracyFocuses on the study of policies and other initiatives designed to enhance the quality of working life and the democratic control of workers in the workplace and in the economy. A central theme is participation in management, and how initiatives in that direction are affected by wider political, economic and technological factors. Special emphasis is placed on international coverage of empirical findings including discussion of the changing social and economic conditions in various countries and of the market economy.
