ULI Development Case Studies (formerly Project Reference File)

Published in hardcopy since 1971, PRFs feature project reports (4 to 6 pages on average) of innovative residential, retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use projects. Each profile report includes a complete description of the project; the challenges faced and the lessons learned; distinctive features that set it apart from the ordinary, sales, rent, and cost data; and illustrations of the site and building plan. The PRF Online Database contains over 250 records from 1985 to 1998. Five (5) new projects are added to the database quarterly.
