Main Applications

• Conventional Expression Microarray Data Analysis: Quickly and reliably identify patterns in expression data.
• Exon Expression Data Analysis: Detect gene and/or exon level and alternative splice expression patterns; build and validate diagnostic and prognostic classifiers.
• Copy Number Analysis: Identify regions of amplification/deletion and LOH; integrate regions of copy number variation and LOH to gene/exon expression data.
• Promoter Tiling Array Data Analysis for ChIP-on-Chip Experiments: Identify transcription factor/DNA binding sites.
• Genotyping and SNP Association Data Analysis: Identify SNPs of interests in genotyping data; integrate genotype data with copy number and LOH data.
