UniSTS - Electronic PCRPCR-based sequence tagged sites (STSs) have been used as landmarks for construction of various types of genomic maps. Using "electronic PCR" (e-PCR), these sites can be detected in DNA sequences, potentially allowing their map locations to be determined.
