American Journal of Physiology. Regulatory, Integrative and Comparative Physiology

The American Journal of Physiology: Regulatory, Integrative and Comparative Physiology publishes original investigations that illuminate normal or abnormal regulation and integration of physiological mechanisms at all levels of biological organization, ranging from molecules to humans, including clinical investigations. Major areas of emphasis include 1) regulation and integration in cardiovascular, renal, endocrine, autonomic, water and electrolytes, temperature regulation, and ingestion physiology; 2) developmental physiology, including molecular and cellular mechanisms of morphogenesis, as well as overall fetal and neonatal development and differentiation; and 3) comparative physiology.

Vols. for <2000-> also carry the numbering of the consolidated version of American journal of physiology; i.e., v. <22-> also numbered as v. <278-> .
