Endowed Faculty Positions
In the late 1970s, the USC Associates initiated an endowment program to fund a series of chairs and professorships at the University of Southern California. Thanks to this important effort, USC now boasts eight endowed faculty positions that bear the Associates name:
- USC Associates Chair in Humanities (established 1979)
USC College of Letters, Arts and Sciences - USC Associates/Thomas H. Brem Chair in Medicine (established 1979)
Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California
Chair holder: Neil Kaplowitz - USC Associates Chair in the Graduate School of Business Administration (established 1980)
USC Marshall School of Business - USC Associates Assistant Professorship in Dentistry (established 1982)
USC School of Dentistry
Professorship holder: Michael L. Paine - USC Accounting Associates Professorship in Accounting (established 1987)
USC Leventhal School of Accounting
Professorship holder: Sarah E. Bonner - USC Associates Professorship in Art History (established 1992)
