Welcome to The Language Center

The USC College Language Center is dedicated to helping USC students learn languages and understand cultures from all areas of the world.  In cooperation with language and literature departments and other campus affiliates, The Language Center provides interactive multimedia resources, audio and video materials, and classrooms equipped with the latest technology.

Founded in 1997, The Language Center is located on the third floor of the Mark Taper Hall of Humanities.  It houses the Fletcher Jones Language Commons with 55 computer workstations, both PC and Mac, an International Lounge, as well as a computer classroom and small group conversation rooms.

USC College Language Center's facilities and resources are available to the entire USC community. Priority use, however, is reserved for students and instructional staff of modern languages.
