Brian Mendenhall's computer career spanned more than a decade in the corporate world, where he brought his technical skills to bear on customer support, system administration, system engineering, and system architecture at such companies as G.E.N., Sage Networks, Interliant, Dellhost, and Sprint. He left Sprint in 2004 to join USC as a systems programmer for HPCC and Los Nettos.
