About the New Project Allocation Program

What's New

  • Personal data is entered once for all accounts.

  • There are multiple ways to accomplish the same task.

  • The program is intuitive and context sensitive.

The new program separates the form into sections in a way that enables primary investigators (PIs) to enter personal data just once for all accounts. Also, PIs can see all accounts on the same page, enabling them to modify account properties and easily apply for new accounts.

The program provides multiple ways for PIs to access the various sections of the form. For example, a PI can either click the Primary Investigator button at the top or click his or her name to modify personal information. PIs can modify account properties by clicking a project title and going to the appropriate section or by clicking the Property button directly.

    Future Plan

We will continue to develop the program by adding new features and more information. Additions under consideration include project disk space location, disk usage, and remaining NWCH.

We hope that the new project allocation program will help you meet your high-performance computing goals.
