HPCC E-mail Lists
HPCC users are encouraged to send e-mail to the HPCC e-mail list to report their problems or concerns. Since all HPCC staff members receive e-mail sent to this list, the likelihood of an immediate response to the e-mail is higher if you send e-mail to the e-mail list rather than individual staff members.
HPCC staff members communicate technical difficulties, maintenance and upgrade notices to HPCC users through the HPCC-ANNOUNCE-L e-mail list. Only HPCC staff members can post to this list.

HPCC users communicate among themselves, as well as with HPCC staff members, using the HPCC-DISCUSS-L e-mail list. All members of the list can send e-mails to the list. We intend this list to be used by various HPCC users to find solutions to their problems, seek consultation and effectively share their knowledge base.
