AADAC International

Welcome to the USC DAR

Research and teaching programs using animals are an important component of biomedical activities on both USC campuses. As these programs continue to grow, it is important that we use all of the available tools to communicate to investigators their responsibilities and requirements for the appropriate use of animals.

This site contains information about the services offered by the Department of Animal Resources and the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee that will assist faculty in preparing proposals and carrying out animal-based research and teaching activities at USC. The site also contains links to sites that provide additional information about the responsibilities of investigators using animals in biomedical activities.
