AYUDA

Founded in 1967 by Spencer Kimball, Ayuda is a non-profit organization that's mission is to:

• actively engage in improving and sustaining the oral health of people in underserved areas of the world.
• promote health education and social betterment, and to provide assistance through treatment, training and education.

Since it's inception, Ayuda has operated both within the United States and abroad bringing care to over 200,000 patients. In 2006 Ayuda finalized a formal affiliation with USC and under the direction of Harris Done, faculty and students of the USC School of Dentistry operates clinics within Los Angeles and Orange counties as well as internationally in Mexico, Costa Rica, Belize and Nicaragua.
