The Cochrane Library
The Cochrane Library is a regularly updated electronic library containing
information about evidence-based medicine. The information contained in this
program is the work of the Cochrane Collaboratory as well as others interested
in evidence-based medicine. Due to rapid change, The Cochrane Library is published
quarterly with each release completely replacing the previous. This edition
of the program consists of four main databases: the Cochrane Database of Systematic
Reviews (CDSR), the Database of Abstracts of Reviews of Effectiveness (DARE),
the Cochrane Controlled Trials Register (CCTR), and the Cochrane Review Methodology
Database (CRMD). In addition to the four databases, this program also contains
files of information on the various contributors to The Cochrane Library.
For more information about, check out the Cochrane Collaboration on the internet
