HIV Sequence Database (Los Alamos National Laboratory)
The HIV Sequence Database is a collection of HIV and related genetic sequence data added since 1987. The sequence analysis section contains software local to this site that can be run over the Web, as well as links to other sites with useful software, several multiple sequence alignment tools, and the sequence submission tools SEQUIN and BANKIT (developed by the NCBI). The database is produced by the Theoretical Biology and Biophysics Group at Los Alamos National Laboratory.
