In order to keep fees as low as possible for the benefit of our subscribers, we are asking our subscribers to include payment with the lab request.

Please include a check, credit card (visa or MC only), or money order payment with each request.

Just a reminder: to ensure quality testing results, the lab asks that you send your samples through an overnight courier.
