Clinic Operations Improvement Project News:

The Clinic Operations Improvement “GO-LIVE” is September 24th.

NOTE: The week of September 24 – 28th is our transition week.This means that the current back-log of patient appointments for Data Collection, Treatment Planning, and Perio will have priority. Treatment Coordinators will also be validating real patient appointments and ensuring “dummy” patients are deleted from the system. Beginning the week of October 1, appointments will be made for the weeks of October 15 and October 22nd. For the time being, we will continue to book appointments on a 3-week schedule.
