USC School of Dentistry seeks comments from students and patients in preparation for its review by the Commission on Dental Accreditation in April 2008. Comments on the Doctor of Dental Surgery, Dental Hygiene or Advanced Specialty programs must be received in writing no later than Friday, February 8, 2008. All comments must be submitted directly to the Commission as follows: 211 East Chicago Avenue, Chicago, IL 60611, or by calling 1-800-621-8099, extension 4653.

Comments must relate to the standards used in the Commission’s accreditation process. A copy of the accreditation standards and/or the Commission's policy on third-party comments may be obtained by contacting the Commission as outlined above.
