The office of academic affairs recently revised the School of Dentistry policy regarding student externships, internships and selectives (EIS). Students who wish to participate in a EIS program during trimesters VII-XI must meet the following critieria:
1. Student is in good didactic and clinical standing as stipulated by the associate deans of academic affairs or their designees.
2. Student has successfully completed the National Board examination - Part I.
3. Potential curriculum conflicts are identified and an alternate plan for satisfying learning experiences are identified.
