The American Dental Association Commision on Change and Innovation is conducting the first-ever national assessment of dental school faculty perceptions of the academic workplace.

The commision hopes to accomplish several goals including identifying issues effecting performance and determining the incentives and drawbacks of a career in academics.

All faculty at U.S. dental schools are invited to participate. All responses are completely confidential. The survey takes approximately 12-15 minutes to complete and must be submitted by March 12, 2007.
