    The laboratory can develop additional assays for multi-user needs.  Investigators have access to other tests and services through the national GCRC Core Lab Network.   Carole A. Spencer, Ph.D., M.T., Laboratory Director, is available to consult on study design and additional services.

The Molecular Medicine Core Laboratory offers a variety of services, including:

*Establishment of EBV-immortalized cell lines
*Use of equipment for molecular biological studies
*DNA sequencing
*Semi-automated genotyping using fluorescent --labeled dye technologies
