The purpose of this page is to uphold the regulatory standards of the University of Southern California and the LAC+USC Medical Center.  We have provided for your convenience, an expedited method of obtaining the necessary documents you will need for employment or usage of the GCRC.   Please follow the instructions listed below precisely as it will ensure the prompt return of any badges and/or certifications that you may require.  Complete all test answer sheets and give to your section managers/directors for signature and then return all documents to Denise M. Edwards at the GCRC Administration Office, GNH-6602.  If you have any other questions please call (323)226-4632 and ask for Mrs. Edwards.  
(Please note:   To avoid delay, all necessary documents must be completed before submitting to the GCRC administration office.)
