in using Ovid and troubleshooting technical problems.
The university licenses
Safari Tech Books Online an electronic reference library of computer
application user and training manuals. A broad range of topics are covered
from Microsoft Word and Adobe Photoshop to database development and
security.
The ITS Customer
Support Center assists USC faculty, staff and students in connecting
to the USC network, USC email, Blackboard and other university computing resources.
