I used to be able to connect to USC resources from
home, now I can’t. What’s changed?
Most CHLA employees do not qualify for USC computer accounts, so
you no longer have access from home or other remote sites. But you
still should have access to most resources while at the hospital.
The resource prompts me for a password.
Some eResources require passwords to access. Unfortunately, retrieving
the passwords requires a USC computer account. Non-USC personnel may
submit requests for these articles through the CHLA Library either
in person or through their online form.
I’m getting an error message at the resource
web site.
Try again later. Some resources are licensed for a certain number
of concurrent users and the maximum number of users may already be
connected. Alternately, the publisher’s web site may be down
temporarily.
I’m still having problems!
