Access Policy

The Norris Medical Library has licensed Partek Genomic Suite (Partek GS) with 1 concurrent user seat. The software is available to all registered USC users, free of charge. Interested users may find access policy and registration request here

Main Applications

Conventional Expression Microarray Data Analysis: Quickly and reliably identify patterns in expression data.
Exon Expression Data Analysis: Detect gene and/or exon level and alternative splice expression patterns; build and validate diagnostic and prognostic classifiers.
Copy Number Analysis: Identify regions of amplification/deletion and LOH; integrate regions of copy number variation and LOH to gene/exon expression data.
Promoter Tiling Array Data Analysis for ChIP-on-Chip Experiments: Identify transcription factor/DNA binding sites.
Genotyping and SNP Association Data Analysis: Identify SNPs of interests in genotyping data; integrate genotype data with copy number and LOH data.
