  • Beilstein is the world's largest organic chemical database. The chronological index dates from the eighteenth century and consists of over 8 million compounds, 10 million chemical reaction references, and over 35 million associated chemical, physical, and biological property records.

  • DrugBank combines detailed drug (i.e. chemical, pharmacological and pharmaceutical) data with comprehensive drug target (i.e. sequence, structure, and pathway) information.

  • EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database, also known as EMBL-Bank; constitutes Europe's primary nucleotide sequence resource.
