• PK Modeling: population PK analysis [NPEM2, IT2B] or standard two-stage analysis (AdaptII)

• Drug stability or compatibility
• Equipment for molecular analysis of RNA, DNA and protein  expression.
• Tissue culture facilities including laminar flow hoods and  incubator.
• Liquid Nitrogen sample storing facilities

This is an 800 square foot facility within the Pharmaceutical Sciences Center. Essential lab equipment includes a -70^oC freezer, a refrigerated centrifuge, a high speed microcentrifuge, a spectrophotometer and assorted analytical balances.

This system includes UV-VIS and fluorometric detectors, auto-sampler, solvent recycler, column temperature regulator, and integrator.
