USC Logo Incorrect Usage
Avoid applying the USC Logo over backgrounds that are textured, uneven or
patterned. The variation will degrade the image of the signature and obscure its
visual impact. Additionally, do not alter the USC Logo in any way.
The following are some examples of incorrect usage:

Do not apply the USC Logo over a background so dark that the
mark's image is obscured. |

Do not apply over a cluttered background that degrades and
confuses the mark. |

Do not apply over a divided background that transects and
