Overview of ITS Services

Information Technology Services (ITS) provides core computing and telephone services to the USC community. Under the university’s federated model of information technology services, school and department IT groups provide localized services focused on the needs of their core constituencies.

Getting Help

The ITS Customer Support Center (CSC) provides support to the USC community for connecting to the USC Network and using supported applications. For information about the CSC's walk-in support center and hours of operation, please see the Customer Support page.

Some USC schools and units maintain their own IT help desks and support staff. For information about these resources, please see Local IT Support for Schools and Departments.
