SAS Output in HTML format (Web-ready)

SAS provides several methods for creating Web-ready HTML output from PROCedures and SAS data sets.

In Version 7 and later, all output can be formatted in HTML using the Output Delivery System (ODS). Complete SAS documentation can be found at:

Methods for formatting SAS Output as HTML that were used in earlier versions are still available in the form of one of three macros available to download from the SAS Web site shown below.

• DS2HTM -- The Data Set Formatter
  puts values from selected variables of a SAS Data Set into an HTML table.

• OUT2HTM -- The Output Formatter
  saves output from any SAS procedure to an HTML file

• TAB2HTM -- The Tabulate Formatter
  converts the output from PROC TABULATE into an HTML table
