SAS Technical Support has just announced the release of SAS Tracks, a new application to help you check the current status of submitted problems or questions. This online tool enables you to view the activity of your technical support tracks, send updates and verify the status of all tracks opened since April 1, 2005.
Once you've opened a SAS Technical Support track, you'll be able to review any e-mail you send to or receive from Technical Support, including attachments. To check out the features of this online tool now, log in to SAS Tracks. OR read on about even more exciting ways to stay on track.
To view tracks associated with your open request, you must create or update your personal SAS Web Profile. Why, you ask? For one thing, SAS Tracks uses the e-mail address in your SAS Web Profile information to track your requests. When you update a track, SAS Tracks automatically associates the entry with your profile, and makes sure that you'll be able to view additional entries and responses each time you return to the application.
