Computer skills are preferred but not required for the job, as you will receive training. On a daily basis, interact with fellow Trojans and help them troubleshoot various issues. The job will enhance your technical customer support skills and learn to problem solve on a professional level. In our team-oriented setting, you will collaborate regularly with knowledgeable and supportive full-time and student staff members to provide a better customer experience. You will gain a rewarding experience by providing a valuable service to customers.
