Job Title:Assistant Video Producer / Admin Assistant

Duties/Responsibilities:Assist in designing and facilitating video productions, utilizing creativity and originality, from conceptualization to final product. Provides video content (e.g., broadcasting, websites, DVDs, etc.) for various media channels to promote internal employee training.

Complete project timelines and ensure timely completion of project milestones. Writes and edits video production-related documents, such as scripts, interview questions, commentary, etc. Researches, identifies and determines subjects for various video projects.

Provide administrative support in the day-to-day management of the department including but not limited to business correspondence, and reports. Delivers package(s) to addressee or notifies addressee of package arrival. Maintains databases and/or spreadsheets to manage and process information or data. Knowledge of Digital Photography and lighting to capture digital still photos and upload to web site.
Qualifications:Experience in a professional video editing/producing environment. Demonstrated competence in all areas of video production. Thorough knowledge of video production procedures, practices, techniques, equipment and terminology.

Knowledge of analog and digital video capture, file compression, video switching, character generation, graphics manipulation, lighting, and post-production equipment and software.

Knowledge of moving image formats
Video editing (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, video compression for web)

Be proficient in the use of MS Office applications, Adobe Acrobat.
Strong computer skills. Working knowledge of database, spreadsheets, and word processing.

Communication skills: strong written and verbal.
Planning and organizing, prioritizing.
Attention to detail, accuracy and problem assessment and solving.
Customer service Oriented.
Work independent of direct supervision.
