Using Mobile Devices at USC
The documentation in this section is available as a courtesy to help you connect your media-enabled mobile device to the USC wireless network and access your USC email. The ITS Customer Support Center does not currently provide support for mobile devices, such as smart phones, iPhones, iPod Touches, and personal digital assistants (PDAs).
Documentation is available through the menu on the right-hand side of this page and is organized according to the mobile device's operating system software. If you are uncertain of which software your phone or PDA uses, please consult the user manual or manufacturer's website for the device.
Note to Students Using Google Apps at USC: To protect students' USC passwords, there are two passwords associated with Google Apps at USC accounts. If you are using a mobile device to log in to Google Apps at USC through a USC login screen, use your USC password. This is the same password you would use to log in to Blackboard or MyUSC. Use your Google Apps password to access email directly through your mobile phone.Last updated: Wednesday, August 05, 2009, 15:32PM PDT
