ITS Multimedia Services

The ITS Multimedia Services department equips, maintains, and supports the audiovisual technology in 20 auditoria and 172 general-assignment classrooms throughout the University Park campus.

Multimedia Services also offers support to faculty members who need assistance in learning how to use the audiovisual equipment in their assigned classrooms.

The ITS Multimedia Services department is in the process of updating our website. Please check back for additional information.

Important Information about Reserving Multimedia Equipment

As of August 2010, instructors no longer need to reserve basic audiovisual equipment.

Please note that instructors will need to provide their own laptops in all general-assignment learning spaces except for the auditoria.

Reserving Non-Standard Equipment

Non-standard equipment (including document cameras, overhead projectors, and region-free DVD players) need be reserved for all rooms.

Microphones need to be reserved for the following rooms:

  • Grace Ford Salvatori Hall (GFS): 101, 116, 118
  • Mudd Hall (MHP): 101, 105, 106
  • Taper Hall (THH): 114,116, 210, 212
  • Von KleinSmid Center (VKC): 100, 150, 152, 156

DVD/VCR players need to be reserved for the following rooms in Kaprielian Hall (KAP): 134, 140, 144, 145, 146, 147, 148, 150, 156, and 158.
