Qualtrics Overview

Qualtrics is an online software tool for creating and implementing surveys that is available to USC faculty, staff, and students.

To access USC’s Qualtrics, visit your school or division’s Qualtrics account page by clicking the corresponding link from the list below.

The online account setup process is quick and easy. If you have problems setting up your account, see your school or division’s Qualtrics account page for help.

Note: You should not use the Qualtrics survey tool to collect personally identifiable information such as health information, social security numbers, drivers license numbers, or credit card numbers. If you have questions, please call the USC Information Security Office at 213-821-2614.
