SAN Account Restoral Request

ITS makes nightly backups of files on the SAN servers. Backups are generally kept for two weeks.

Provided that your files were stored on the SAN server for at least one night and that no more than two weeks have elapsed since the files were deleted, your files should be retrievable from our backup tapes. If more than two weeks have elapsed since your files were deleted, the backups may no longer exist.

In order to have a file restored, you must provide all the information requested in the form below. Please be as specific as possible.
