New Account Application

SANDS accounts allow you access to disk space, based on your personal or departmental needs.

Use the form below to submit a request for a new account.

To add a new user to an existing account, or for other changes to existing accounts, please refer to the Account Change form, available through the right-hand menu.

Instructions

Access is available to active USC faculty and staff and requires a USCNet network connection.

Account requests need to be approved by your department's authorized billing contact.

In order to submit an online application, you will need the following information: the email address of your department's authorized billing contact, as well as the operating system and IP address of your computer.

To request more than 10 gigabytes of storage space, please contact Joanne Nam at 213-821-8057 or email its-services@usc.edu.
