Student Organization Accounts
Account holders are responsible for adhering to university policies regarding student use of computing facilities and Web resources.
- A Web form is available online for
requesting a student organizational account.
- Print out and complete the form.
- Have the form signed by your organization's faculty advisor.
- If the student organizational account is academic in nature, the
authorized signer of the the affiliated department must also sign
this application.
- Have the form signed by the Office for Student Affairs (TSC 104,
(213) 740-5693).
- Student organizational accounts must be renewed each academic
year. To keep the organizational account active for the upcoming year,
the recognition process must be completed by October 1st. After
October 1st, any returning organization that has not become
recognized for that academic year will have their organization's
account privileges revoked. Additional information regarding student
organizational account renewal is available through the Office for Student
Affairs (TSC 104).
