Calling Capabilities and Access Levels
This page provides information about the telephone numbers you can reach using your USC telephone.
Most USC telephones are assigned an access level of 7, which means they can be used to call the telephone numbers listed for levels 1 through 7 on the chart below.
If you need help determining the access level of your telephone, call the ITS Communications Services Group (CSG) at 213-740-3814 or send an email to clarify-dispatch@usc.edu.

Note: All 976 prefixes and 611 will be restricted from any campus phone.
You may request to change your calling access level by completing a Communication Service Request form and submitting the request to the Communication Services Group (CSG).
