Long-Distance Caller Identification Form

A Long-Distance Caller Identification Number (CID) allows you to make long-distance telephone calls from university telephones that have a restricted calling range, such as telephones in reception areas or hallways.

Use the Long-Distance Caller Identification Number form (Word document) to create, change, or delete a CID account.

These long distance calls will be charged at the rates found on the Domestic and International Call Rates page.
