Call Coverage

This function, available only on Avaya telephones, allows you to automatically redirect calls that meet specific criteria to other telephones or mailboxes in your calling group.

Using Call Coverage

Press the SEND ALL button on your set to send calls immediately to the coverage point that has been previously configured by ITS.
