Automatic Call Forwarding When Busy or Not Answered

This function allows calls to be forwarded when your telephone line is busy or when you do not answer the call after a set period of time.

If your telephone line is busy when the call comes in, the call forwards immediately. If your line is not busy, the incoming call rings to your phone, then forwards only if it remains unanswered longer than the preset period.

Using Automatic Call Forwarding When Busy or Not Answered

To have this call forwarding configured for your phone, please contact the Communication Services Group at 213-740-3814.
