Voicemail Training Workshops
Information Technology Services (ITS) offers voicemail training workshops at our facility at 3434 South Grand Avenue (CAL).
Training workshops take place at 9:00 a.m. on the second Tuesday of every month. Each class covers the following topics:
- Getting Started
- Basic Voicemail Features
- Recording Your Name
- Recording a personal greeting
- Changing your password
- Reviewing messages
- Sending messages
- Creating a Personal List
To enroll in a session, please RSVP to reserve a space. Special training sessions are available to groups of five or more. To request a special training session, please send an email to dratclif@usc.edu.
Training Workshop Location
All workshops take place at 3434 South Grand Avenue (indicated as CAL on campus maps).
Note: In order to enter the CAL building, you will need to present your USC ID card (or another form of photo ID) at the security desk on the ground floor.
You will find a map indicating the exact location of 3434 South Grand Avenue and the University Parking Center at www.usc.edu/its/contact/location.
We are a 15 to 20 minute walk from most locations on University Park campus (UPC).
Tram service is also available every 15 minutes from UPC. Take the tram marked “Parking Center Route”; the stop for 3434 South Grand Avenue (CAL) is the first stop after the University Parking Center.
If you prefer to drive, park at the University Parking Center (UPX on campus maps), which is located on West 35th Street between South Hope Street and South Grand Avenue.
