  1. Click the "Reserve Online" button above. All available rooms will be highlighted in green.
  2. Choose a day, then click "Room and Time" to begin. (If you would like more than one block of time, click several boxes per reservation. The limit is 2 hours maximum per day.)
  3. NOTE: Use your USC e-mail address when submitting your reservation. You will receive an e-mail requiring you to click a confirmation link within 30 minutes to complete your reservation.  If you do not click the link and confirm, your reservation will be canceled.
  4. Forward the confirmation e-mail to group members so they have the reservation information.

  • Priority scheduling is given to librarian-led instruction sessions requested by teaching faculty
  • Maximum of 3 reserved sessions per semester per course or event
