Description: In the archives at the Citrus College Library are documents, black-and-white photographs, yearbooks, and videotaped interviews with alumni, administrators, and professors concerning the history of Citrus College, which was founded in 1915 by Dr. Floyd S. Hayden and is the oldest community college in Los Angeles County. The archives also contain information related to the building of the new campus during the 1960s, Citrus College catalogs and schedules dating back to 1960, and documents from Citrus Union High School for the period 1899 to 1957.
