Carlos Sebastián Lorente Memorial Endowment
for the
Cuban Studies Collection

The Carlos Sebastián Lorente Memorial Fund commemorates the life of its namesake and the Lorente Family's long-standing relationship with USC. Creation of this memorial fund for the acquisition of Cuban and Cuban-Exile publications makes tangible Carlos Sebastián Lorente's devotion to Cuba and its culture. The fund will enrich the research resources of the University of Southern California and celebrate the heritage of the Cuban community of Los Angeles and Southern California.
